One of my teams and I, recently had the pleasure of beginning Yvonne’s leadership training program, and I can't speak highly enough about the experience so far. The sessions have provided tools and guidelines through a diverse range of day-to-day subjects we face as managers of our people.

From learning and understanding the Leading Energy Profile and how that builds effective communication strategies, to the most recent, around coaching conversations and how to build effective face to face meetings. Each session was not just informative but also incredibly engaging, and the team have given positive feedback.
